The BOD was notified at the HOA Meeting last night that the boat corral repair project can begin Monday, March 7. The BOD is requesting that all items within the boat corral be moved out by Friday, March 4. Items can be moved to your driveway or the lower clubhouse parking lot adjacent to the tennis courts. HOA BOD members are personally calling all residents who have a spot within the boat corral. If you need any assistance with moving your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
This project is happening much earlier than originally anticipated, but the end result will provide a much needed solution to the drainage concerns within this space. Residents who have a spot within the boat corral will be personally notified when the work is completed and their item can be returned to a designated space. The BOD apologizes for any inconvenience due to the short notice of the updated timeline.
