It has come to the attention of the Board that the caution tape surrounding the playground had been removed and tossed in the trash receptacle. The entrance caution tape had also been moved. The caution tape has been replaced and a sign posting, “Playground closed till further notice.”
The playground can not be certified for use until the 6″ layer of mulch has been laid. Unfortunately due to stock shortages and delivery challenges, the mulch delivery has been delayed 4 weeks. We regret this delay but it is out of our control.
Since we do not retain certification to open the playground, it will remain closed. We ask, for the safety of the children and the possibility of insurance liability, that residents please refrain from using the playground. Please report any tape removal or usage to:
