Dear Residents of MB:
As the Board received surprise confirmation today that our new playground will arrive this Wednesday, Oct 28, which is sooner than anticipated. Everything has fallen in place, as the installing contractors had an opening and were also able to begin construction on Wed as well.
As a result, we need to purge the old wooden mulch currently in the play area TOMORROW!! If willing and able adult volunteers assemble tomorrow morning Tuesday at 9:00 AM behind the clubhouse to assist, it would be greatly appreciated and save some money!
Supplies needed:
Rakes
Shovels
Wheelbarrow
The plan:
ECC is delivering a container in which the mulch will be collected. Once the container is full, ECC will have the container delivered to the path on Canvasback where volunteers are again needed to spread the recycled mulch on areas of the path that have settled.
Apologies for a late notice but with the contractor ready with an opening, we didn’t want to delay which could result in weeks.
