There were three separate incidents reported yesterday and today of residents being verbally abusive to the pool attendant on duty and refusing to complete the pool waiver.
The waiver is required at this time and is necessary to be admitted into the pool.
The company providing the pool attendants and required sanitation cleaning has informed us that if incidents of verbal abuse by our residents to their employees happens again, they will no longer provide the pool attendant and sanitation cleaning. Please remember to be kind and courteous to the pool attendant and your neighbors so that everyone can continue to enjoy this community amenity.
There is also no use of skateboards, bikes, scooters, roller skates or wheeled shoes within the pool enclosure.
If there are questions and concerns regarding the necessity of the pool attendant / sanitation cleaning for the pool to remain open, please consider attending the next monthly HOA Board of Directors Meeting on July 7th at 5:00. This time is ALWAYS an open forum. The current guidelines of limiting gatherings indoors will be followed.
