“The Mimosa Bay Board of Directors have been actively working towards a plan to hopefully reopen the pool for the 2020 season. The annual permit for the pool has been verbally approved by the Onslow County Health Department c/o Coastal Carolina Supply Company and the HOA Board is working towards implementing the necessary requirements to ensure compliance with state and local COVID-19 guidance. The HOA Board of Directors understand that many residents are eager for our community amenities to reopen. We are working towards a solution that will be in the best interest of our community as a whole and ensure our associations assets are protected by proper adherence to government regulations.
