Dear Neighbors,
The annual board meeting is this Saturday, 2 Nov at 10am. As of October 30th, no self-nominations have been received. Please consider running for the board or talking to your trust worthy neighbors about contributing their talents to the future of our neighborhood. Self-nominations are welcome during the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, submit your self-nomination form to Diane (either in person or in her drop box) no later than 10am on Saturday so your nomination can be read and voted on at the meeting. Attached is a copy of the self-nominating form and proxy for those unable to attend.
Board members must be lot/home owners in good standing.
