Please note revised Appendix F (Existing Home Alterations Application) includes all alterations/additions by checking the appropriate box. Per the form all applications are to be submitted to the Mimosa Bay office at 115 Snow Goose Lane. Please do not mail to the Wilmington office – this will only delay your application.
