As moving season continues, the HOA is in need of additional volunteers for the Architectural Review Committee to ensure we do not fall below our 3-member legal requirement.
The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for receiving, reviewing and responding to all applications for new construction in Phases I-IV. The Architectural Review Committee is also responsible for any applications having to do with pre-construction issues such as land clearing and/or utilities in those phases.
While we are still in the Period of Declarant Control, the developer retains the authority to appoint members of the Architectural Review Committee. The board will review applicants prior to forwarding them to the developer for final approval.
